Can I have project features under a book page?
Yes, but the add child/sibling links don't work, set manually in the outline.
How about standardizing the structure?
IE: features/FEATURE-DOCS.
How about a view that lists features w/ summary as an outline?

Use documentation content type, or feature task type?
The idea with the task type is that a task could become a feature and be the place for documentation.
