Checklist API defines checklists with a hook, and track when users toggle the task.
There is a progress bar, and vertical tabs for grouping.
Check saved checklist values with drush checklistapi:info seo_checklist.
There seem to be a few other modules that are not compatible with the current version.
Pretty rigid in use, must create a module to customize, only useful for static checklists, unless a ui can be provided by a module.
