Improve disclosure menu styles

Context

Some work was done on custom styles for disclosure menu.

The hover setting needs to be disabled when the menu is collapsed.

Currently, disabling the hover effect and only using clicks is what's working.

TODO

Disable hover open.

Fix chevron style (remove border).
