Context
Follow-up to the first version of the dashboard (#338). The owner wants the schedule to rotate through rooms, one per day, so each day's dashboard shows that room's overdue and backlog chores to pull into Today.
Depends on scheduling (#339) and on the room grouping built for the Backlog tab.
Decisions
- Fixed weekday per room: the owner assigns rooms to weekdays (for example Mon Kitchen, Tue Bathroom). Not a self-advancing cycle, and the system does not schedule chores by itself.
- Rooms are the ones the Backlog tab groups by: the children of Apartment, plus Lobby and Garage.
Questions
- Where is the weekday stored: a field on the location term, or a settings form?
- Can a room have more than one weekday, and a weekday more than one room?

- [ ] Store the weekday of each room.
- [ ] "Today's room" panel on the dashboard: that room's backlog and overdue chores, each with Add to Today.

- On a Tuesday the dashboard shows the Tuesday room's backlog chores, and adding one puts it on Today.
