How to structure the statement to handle this?

Adding checking/savings fields to the statement will show extra fields when not available.

If statement was a custom entity type, bundles could be used for different accounts.

Automatically sum checking/savings fields into combined ending balance.

A collection holds uploaded screenshots from a source.

Some collections are from a single source, but others are not.

Should we convert that to Collection and Source?

Currently, media items are displayed in a list, so there is no way to document them by adding descriptions and annotations.

Chores, chore log, snapshot, and photo are all tagged with location.

Is there a way to automatically keep these in sync?

CER is good for two way content references.

ECA works when there are more fields to keep in sync, but is more tedious to set up.

Related info can be fetched in views.
