- Only Enhanced Taxonomy Manager has a way to add a child term, but not to top level terms (bug).
- Improve parent selection widget.

Analysis
Taxonomy Entity allows setting a vocabulary's hierarchy settings.
Otherwise, it will determine the hierarchy type dynamically.
Only 3 users, and several issues. But has potential for what I'm looking for.
I can set the taxonomy to be a single parent hierarchy, and it will have a select widget for a single parent.
