It has a parent task, created when I noticed ajax loader issues.

The parent task are two related issues - the full screen and inline ajax loaders.
This was complicated by the site using the ajax_loader contrib module, which the theme has some adjustments for.
Those now need review as part of the fix.
I had to modify the svgs to fix the colors. I can't recall where these came from - starterkit?
