Context
The Content w/ sidebar component has a basic sidebar layout.
Some displays have a full width block, like a table, that needs to be below the sidebar.
When the content is shorter than the sidebar, a gap appears before the full width content.
To reduce the gap, add an option to the sidebar that floats it, so it's inset with the content.
