Add an optional first date to the add chore form

Context

New chores have no logs, so no next due date. Under the new buckets (#339) they sit in the backlog until scheduled or logged. The mockup's Add Task form in #338 asks for room or item, frequency and a due time, with sub chores inline.

Decisions

  • Light touch only: keep the existing add chore dialog (views_add_button on the dashboard).
  • Add field_scheduled_date to the form as an optional First date. Empty means the chore goes to the backlog.
  • Order the fields like the mockup: title, location / item, frequency, first date, parent chore.
  • The full Quick Add panel (search or create, common tasks, inline sub chores) is out of scope.

  • [ ] Put field_scheduled_date on the chore form display, labeled First date, optional.
  • [ ] Reorder the chore form display.

Done when

  • Adding a chore with a first date of today puts it on Today; without one, it shows in Backlog.
