Using free tier grafana cloud to save resources on the box.
Installed Alloy via a container, which connects to grafana.
Configure access token in grafana and add to ansible vault.
Enable monolog per site in vars.yml.
Sets up sites/SITE/monolog.services.yml, and adds to settings.local.php.
