Scorecard architecture

An executive scorecard system.

Areas of improvement (Priorities)

Prioritize major areas of improvement with a draggable view.

TODO: Set up annual/quarterly periods to assess and re-prioritize.

Goals

Set goals that will improve your focus areas.

Objectives

Specific goal targets to achieve.

Tasks

Individual tasks to complete for objectives.

TODO: Mark one off tasks as done when added to a scorecard.

Issues

Record and analyze issues that arise in operations.

Currently these reference Areas.

TODO: Add references to objectives/goals.

Rules

Establish rules that must be adhered to.

Scorecard

Track daily activity.

This should allow you to set up tasks you need to complete to reach a max score, with the criteria and scoring handled by the items that are added.

For example, if my scheduled tasks are to clean the kitchen and go for a bike ride, completing those would get me a score of 100%.

The individual tasks could have different weights, or points, that are calculated in a total score.

TODO: Create a self evaluation scoring system.

Period

Taxonomy for year/quarter/month.

How to generate this?

Is there a better way to do it?

How am I using Views Term Hierarchy Weight Field? (Fields on taxonomy term)

Using Hierarchy Manager.

Periods taxonomy using hierarchy manager

Review

Currently have Review and Area review content types, but they are empty. (Delete these?)

Also have Task and Area review storage types.
